Takesha Williams serves both as an Air Force civilian budget analyst in the 507th Air Refueling Wing at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and an Air Force Reserve Command Chief in the 931st Air Refueling Wing at McConnell AFB, Kansas. Williams also runs the Reserve team of volunteers who assist in operating the course of the annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.
