The company was duly incor-porated about fifteen years ago, under the state laws, with a capitalof $250,000; and during the intervening period, by wise and equitablemanagement, as practical demonstration of the superiority of theGlobe method of street-lighting, it has been contracted with bymany of the leading cities and towns of New England to furnishlight on their streets and avenues, which far exceeds coal-gas forbrilliancy and economy in use. They are able, practicalbusiness men, energetic and enterprising, and enforce a thorough. system of organization, promptly and faithfully carrying out allcontracts entered upon. They are the leading manufacturers anddealers In New England of the famous and popular vapor-burners;likewise street-lanterns and lamp posts, etc., of the most improvedand substantial character. They ore also refiners and manufac-turers of the celebrated Globe naphtha, an absolutely pure, highfire-test and safe-burning fluid. In use ail over Boston and New Eng-land; also throughout the west. The company is now under con-tract for and supplying lights, lamps, etc., throughout New England;and ably and faithfully carry out all undertakings In which they en-gage.
