KENNEDYSEXTRACT OFPINUS CANADENSIS. ?:;::;i!i$^^i:^^ I have used S. H. KENNEDYS EXTRACT PINUS CANADENSIS in some affections of the rectum, vagina and cervix uteri. I have used itconsiderably diluted as a vaginal wash, with great success; but I prefer toapply it to the os tincse on cotton wool, either pure or mixed with glycerineand rose water. Thus applied, it should remain intact for two or three, oreven four days, and then be renewed. In this way I have seen chronicgranular erosions, with leucorrhea, disappear very rapidly under its have not time to do more than call the attention of my professionalbrethren to this new extract, which I am sure will soon be recognized as avaluable addition to our Materia Medica.
