VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia (Feb. 2, 2017) Information Systems Technician 3rd Class Cody McNary, from Plant City, Florida, hammers a steak into a ramp. McNary and other Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73) volunteered to set up for the Polar Plunge 2017 in Virginia Beach. George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
