London, UK. 16 January 2016. Thousands of people walk down a traffic free Piccadilly to see the flying fish of "Les Luminéoles" by Porté par le vent. The work forms part of Lumiere London, a major new light festival which continued today at the weekend as huge numbers of people visited the third of the four evening event featuring artists who work with light.
