The Professor of Music gives his whole time to thisdepartment. He has assistants thoroughly trained ; and any student who is capable and willingmay attain as thorough a knowledge of music as can be had in any institution in the teachers have the competency and the heart to teach. The Modern Languages are taught by an accomplished European teacher, who has the advantageof being thoroughly conversant with the grammar of the English language.
