A Seljukian bronze basin (lagan), 12th/13th century. The hammered body made of one piece, with reinforced, twelve-sided serrated lip. The inner edge of the rim engraved with a circumferential Kufi inscription, the bowl with elaborate engravings of a circular scroll, animal frieze and central flower ornament. Two small holes, the rim with some older repairs, the exterior with crusted patina (archaeological find).
