E. E. H. MILWAUKEE, WIS. The Market. Since cooler weather set in the mar- ket has been brisk. Business has been much better the last two weeks. Mums are arriving in nice shaj)e now, in all sizes and varieties. A nice lot of pom- ])ona is moving excellently. There is an exceptionally fine lot of roses coming in. The supply of carna- tions is not moving as well as it should. This is due to the trade buying pompons in place; of carnations during the mum season. There is a limited quantity of violets and sweet peas coming in and they find a ready sale. Various Notes. The F. T. D. members in Milwaukee cooperated in installing a window dis- play in the Western Union main tele- graph office here. The window was ar- tistically decorated, showing a connec- tion by wire between New York and San Francisco.
