Westminster, London, UK. 24th April 2013. Today the Lords will be debating a motion to overturn the section 75 regulations which set out the rules for competition in the new NHS. The legislation which makes sure that there are arrangements for the NHS to manage competition in some services, so that patients receive the best possible care.
