John Richardson poses for a photograph with Warfare Tactics Instructors (WTI) from the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) while holding up an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) WTI patch at the 30th Annual Surface Navy Association National Symposium. SMWDC is one of the Navy's five Warfighting Development Centers and its mission is to increase the lethality and tactical proficiency of the Surface Force across all domains.
