Pallets of MREs and bottles of water brought by the Air National Guard on Sept. 25 and delivered daily for multiple points of distribution (PODS) on Saint Croix in the Virgin Islands. Recipients are currently without homes, power, food and/or water. A curfew is also in place on the island.
