Leamington parkrun, runner with dog on CaniX lead

A woman in Leamington parkrun with a dog on a CaniX type lead that allows the runner to be hands free. Parkrun is a worldwide free to enter 5k time trial race series. It is weekly and open to all. Runners register on-line and are sent a personal bar code to print off. At the finish of the race they are given a token with a bar-code on which is then scanned along with their personal bar code to record their race performance.
