Charlie Thackway (Royal engineers), and Warrant Officer Class 1 (Royal Logistics Corp), approach the finish line during the charity event "Walk 100 Miles" on Oct. 31, 2008, in Contingency Operating Base Basra, in Basra, Iraq. The event was organized by the 821st Explosive Ordinance Disposal, with the objective of raising money for the family of Warrant Officer Class 2, Gaz O'Donell, a member of the 821st, killed in action in Afghanistan on Sept. 10, 2008.
