Fruit medium to large, somewhat roundish, or obtuse pyriform; â color light russet on a yellowish ground, lirownish red in the sun; flesh yellowish, juicy, melting, slightly vinous and aromatic. Tree a vigorous grower and an early bearer. A most valuable variety. November and January. Standard. SECKEIv.âMedium to small; yellowish brown, with a red cheek; melting, sweet, spicy, very rich and most delicious. The standard of ex- cellence.
