Charles Grosofsky, a water and fuels specialist assigned to the 107th Civil Engineer Squadron, 107th Attack Wing, New York National Guard, drops carriages holding eggs that are built by Airmen of the squadron in an attempt to have them survive drops of more than 15 feet during a team building exercise at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, , Aug. 12, 2018. The 107th CES has recently started holding monthly challenges during their monthly drill to break up their normal routine, and to bring Airmen together who don't commonly work together.
