During opening ceremonies, Defense Facilities Administration Bureau (DFAB) president Mr. Tatumi welcomes the Marines to Ojojihara Maneuvering Training Area for the start of their artillery relocation exercise. In coordination with the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, 12th Marines from Camp Hansen Okinawa Japan, and 11th Marines India Battery from 29 Palms, California, will conduct live-fire training to sharpen their mission readiness and firing skills with the M198 155mm Medium Towed Howitzer.
