Seagulls have become increasingly emboldened because of people feeding them, as they are so used to human contact. Conwy council are to bring in tough measures to crack down on people who feed seagulls in a bid to tackle the problem of aggressive birds attacking members of the public. Conwy council say they will introduce the law by the end of the year to ban the feeding of the birds on Llandudno's North Shore
