An early 19th century illustration of Notre-Dame de Pène-Tailhade chapel located in Cadéac, in the Vallée d'Aure, in the French department of Hautes-Pyrénées, France. The chapel is certainly Romanesque in style but was rebuilt in 1558 and made up of a single nave terminating in a semi-circular apse, covered with a false panelled vault extended by a semi-circular apse with a vast porch to the west under which the road passes.
