The Idaho Youth Challenge Academy graduates its 15th class during a ceremony at the Calvary Chapel in Boise, Idaho, June 19, 2021. The academy takes at risk youth and immerses them in a quasi-military academic environment which typically results in drastic changes in grades, attitude and behaviors of the cadets.
