Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Grugapark, a park in Essen, has arisen from the first Great Ruhrlaendische Horticultural Exhibition in 1929, was park area of the Federal Horticultural Show in 1965. In the park there are more than forty sculptures of important sculptors, here in the perennial garden spear thrower by Ernst Seger (1937).
