Watson-Williams, —The patient had suffered fromsevere supraorbital lieadaches and pain at the back of the eyes, which pre-vented her followiui;- her occupation. She had double-frontal sinus anddouble-antral suppuration, and operation on the antra and intra-nasal le-moval of suppurative ethmoidal cells failed to effect relief.
