This building the earthquake without damage, andwas dynamited by the authorities when the fire tlireatened this seetion of the city. The Roebling cinder concrete floors wereof the flat slab type, and the partitions were of Roebling wire lath and plaster, finishing 2 in thickness. The fire subsequentlyconsumed all that was combustible in the debris. 930 MISSION STREET SUB-STATION. Mission Street, near Third Stnit. This is a three-story brick building, ahiiost a duplicate in sizeand style of the Eiglith Street Sub-Station, the details of con-struction being identically the same as that building. The wood roof of this building was consumed, and portionsof the third-story wall arc down. The concrete arches of thefirst and second floors remain in first-class condition.
