Mianshan, Shanxi, China. A popular site for many tourists, the mountain has a 2500 year history of human activity. The traveller takes a bus from the base of the mountain and can stop at multiple temple sites up the side of the mountain. At the peak, the road gives way to mountain and valley trails which the adventurous traveler can explore.
