On August 311924, he was ordained a High Priestand Bishop by Apostle James E. Tal-mage and set apart to preside overthe Manila Ward, which position he held until July 1, 1928, when he wasset apart by Apostle Joseph FieldingSmith to preside over the TimpanogosStake, then organized. In 1903 (June17th) he married Jeanette IsabellaWadley in the Salt Lake Temple,which union has been blessed withseven children, namely, Jeanette, EthelMyrle, Paul Wilford (dead), EffieMary, Charles William, Helen and. Stephen Lee. President Warnick hasheld many positions of responsibilityin a civil capacity and served in thesenate of the Utah Legislature in 1923and 1925. He taught school for fiveyears, but is otherwise a farmer andstock raiser by avocation.
