He graduated at Dart-mouth in 1855, and Andover in 1858, and was ordained anevangelist at Des Moines, Iowa, December 14, 1859, and wasinstalled pastor of the Congregational church there in has for a long time been a faithful and efficient librarian ofIowa College. His noble Christian character has been recog-nized in every form of service which he has been called upon torender, and his heart goes back to Thetford in hearty, gratefulappreciation. Rev. Geo. W.
