SDOT workers place new street barriers near the Seattle Police Department’s East Precinct in the Capitol Hill Neighborhood in Seattle, Washington. On Monday June 8, the Seattle Police Department reopened the surrounding streets after closing the East Precinct and removing valuable items from the building. The precinct has been the site of large protests and occasional violent clashes over the last week.
