A student in the Yavoriv Combat Training Center Observer Controller Trainer Academy briefs fellow students before they begin a situational training exercise at the Yavoriv CTC on the International Peacekeeping and Security Center, on April 20. OCT Academy students took turns as observers during the training and were graded and coached by Ukrainian and Soldiers of the Joint Multinational Training Group - Ukraine. JMTG-U's mission is to help build the CTC's capabilities and professionalism within the Ukrainian military.
