The Bohemian loket, a medieval measure of length which was equal to 59 centimetres, installed on the old town hall (stará radnice) in Smetanovo square (Smetanovo náměstí) in Litomyšl, Czech Republic. Text on the bronze plaque above in Czech language means: The Bohemian loket equals to 59 centimetres. The measure of length used from 1370 to 1763 is preserved now only in Litomyšl, Prague and Litoměřice. The settlement of the town of Litomyšl in 1938.
