A printing block of the complete collection of the Buddhist Scriptures preserved in Cheon-Doong-sa Temple Bongeunsa a Buddhist temple located in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu in Seoul, South Korea founded in 794 in the kingdom of Silla. The temple was originally named Gyeonseongsa During the Joseon Dynasty, Buddhism in Korea was severely suppressed. However, The temple began to be known as Bongeunsa when it was reconstructed in 1498 under the patronage of Queen Jeonghyeon, a Joseon Queen.
