Tunisia/Algeria/Morocco: A semi-naked young Arab woman sitting in a window bay observed by a young boy. From the studio of Lehnert & Landrock, c. 1900-1910. Rudolf Franz Lehnert (13 July 1878 - 16 January 1948) and Ernst Heinrich Landrock (4 August 1878 - 30 April 1966) had a photographic company based in Tunis, Cairo and Leipzig before World War II. They specialised in somewhat risque Orientalist images of young Arab and Bedouin women, often dancers.
