SURREY, UK: A Morris Man in traditional costume. A CELEBRATION of Britain’s finest tradition of Morris dancing men has been revealed by a Surrey resident on the most important day of the tradition May Day. Pictures show the various ages and costumes of this troupe of Morris dancers in intimate portraits. Red and white uniforms with bells and ribbons attached as well as top hats, sticks, accordions and fiddles accompany the dance group. Photographer Filip Jacek Gierlinski (39) invited his local troupe of Morris men to a studio set up in a church hall in Ewell, Surrey.
