Donna Cloy, Relocation Program, Community Readiness, consultant, explains the process of elevating issues through designated channels during the 2022 Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) Forum at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, October 18. Issue submission, and command review and resolution, begin at the lowest level. Approximately 90 percent of issues are resolved at the local commander level. The remaining 10 percent are elevated outside of local command for senior Army-level resolution.
