A beautifully restored 6 pounder 7 hundredweight 57 mm anti tank gun on display at Beltring in Kent at the "war and Peace" show 2017.

A British 6 pounder 7 hundredweight anti tank gun from world war two, beautifully restored and complete excepting the firing pin mechanism. This small lightweight gun was a hard hitter and inthe early days very successful until the opposing side increased the armour thickness on their tanks, this was countered by using a new design of ammunition in 57 mm calibre and so it went on !
