The Coast Guard Academy dedicates a tree in honor of two cadets from the country of Georgia, First Class Cadet Soso Makaridze and Third Class Cadet Besarion Gorjoladze, who were killed in a car crash earlier in the year, New London, Conn., Aug. 19, 2015.
