Galena, AK, June 12, 2014 FEMA Region 10 Administrator, Ken Murphy (L) and Federal Coordinating Officer, Willie Nunn (R) inspect the construction progress of a Cold Climate Home for a disaster survivor that is eligible for FEMA assistance.
