The Treasurer presented a recommendation for the transferof certain securities now held in endowment fund portfolio whichrepresent investment of principal from several funds in a singlebond with the purpose of eliminating divided holdings as far aspossible. This is a matter which must have the consideration ofthe Finance Committee but since all members of the ExecutiveCommittee are members also of the Finance Committee, he asked theirconsideration as a preliminary step to a mail poll of other membersof the Finance Committee.
