Undine or Ariel, Sea Nymph, Victorian stage costume. She wears a green dress over a pink petticoat, all decorated with sea shells, coral and seaweed, holds a wand with seastar. Handcoloured lithograph from Thomas Hailes Lacy's Female Costumes Historical, National and Dramatic in 200 Plates, London, 1865. Lacy (1809-1873) was a British actor, playwright, theatrical manager and publisher.
