Conway, AR, May 17, 2014 – Team Rubicon volunteers at the Forward Operating Base (FOB) in the parking lot of a Home Depot in Conway, Arkansas coordinate and monitor the progress of their volunteers and teams working on debris removal in Mayflower and Vilonia after a tornado struck those communities on April 27.
