Moon jellyfish. Ephyra medusa of the cnidarian Aurelia aurita. Medusae are the free-swimming larval stage of cnidarians and are commonly known as jellyfish. The ephyra originates from a fertilised egg in the adult. The egg develops into a planula larva, from which ephyra medusa like this bud off.
