VERBENA HYBRIDA GRANDIFLORA APPLE BLOSSOM The florets of this Verbena are almost white, shading to a delicate Cameo Pink towards the edge of the petals. A delight- ful new color in Verbenas. Individual florets are one and one- fourth inches in diameter. The flower head itself measures 4-5 inches across. The plant normally measures about 2 feet in diameter. This Verbena is very floriferous and comes 99 per cent true to color. Pkt., 25c. VERBENA—(Nana Erecta) Violet Bouquet—The plant is eight inches high and eight inches in diameter. The color of the flower when it first opens is a deep violet tinged with garnet, changing to deep violet as the flower gets older. The eye is cream making a rich color combination. The diameter of the flower head is two and a half to three inches and the individual florets are three- fourths inch in diameter. Pkt., 25c. VERBENA VENOSA LILACINA Lilacina, the new Verbena Venosa variety, has all the desirable characteristics of the older Venosa without the drawback of its less desirable color. It is a strong grower, about one foot in height, perfectly hardy, and very free flowering, being literally covered with its many delicate lavender-blue flowers throughout the season. Pkt., 20c.
