PACIFIC OCEAN (March 12, 2019) – Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Walsham Morris, from New York, establishes communications with the bridge from the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48) during well deck operations. Navy warships train together to increase the tactical proficiency, lethality, and interoperability of participating units in an Era of Great Power Competition.
