The Café Kranzler sits on top of the Neues Kranzler Eck shopping centre in a circular building. The original cafe became a famous meeting place, however like many things it was destroyed in the second world war. The name now lives on through tis establishment. Architect of the current building opened in 2000 is Helmut Jahn.
