Picture dated July 29th shows the quiet cafes in Ibiza Town on Wednesday lunchtime as the restrictions on visiting the Spanish Balearic Islands starts to take effect with very few new visitors arriving. But some travel agents say they are struggling to understand the logic of the UK government's advice, because the islands have lower coronavirus infection rates.
