ALICE GREEN—A beautiful golden autumn shade Each ALMA ALEXANDER—A large deep orange Each 50e AMUM RA (or the Sun God)—The flowers are gorgeous, a com- bination of copper, orange and golden bronze colors; long, stout stems Each 50c AVALON—Pure, clear yellow. The large flowers are very distinct and produced in great abundance Each 35c AVONELLE—This is an exceptional dahlia. The flowers are about 10 inches, with good depth and substance. Color, a very deep purplish velvety maroon, shading deeper at the center and changing to a light royal purple as they mature and go by. Blooms last a long time both on the plant and as a cut flower, and there are usually two to five of the huge flowers all the time. Stems can be cut to over two feet and are rigid and strong.
