Station of II class. New station house, architect Folke Zettervall. K-marked 1986. The station was built in 1873. New station house in 1902, as the track area also was expanded. In 1916 and 1943, the expansion of the Bangården has been changed. The station's name was changed to "Avesta Central" , to "Avesta-Krylbo" and to "Avesta Krylbo"
