Byron Bay's Shanti Ananda maybe the best dressed homeless person in the world. Known locally as "The Pink Cowboy" he stands alone high on the volcanic escarpment on Coolamon Scenic rd above the North Coast Tourist mecca. He's happy sleeping outdoors but rarely stays in town. He doesn't drink or smoke and meditates daily. He keeps a range of impeccably clean suits, shirts and shoes in a storage locker and moves moves about The Shire on foot and never simply "manifests transport". Asked if he was looking for a home he replies, " I never look for accomodation but the universe provides anyway and my next home is taking shape in the astral plane as we speak."
