GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Feb. 25, 2017) – Navy Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) cadets from Taft High School (Chicago, Ill.) prepare to be judged by Recruit Division Commanders (RDC) from Recruit Training Command (RTC) in a drill event at the 2017 NJROTC Area 3 West Regional Academic, Athletic and Drill competition at RTC. More than 300 cadets from 15 NJROTC units across three Midwest states participated in the two-day event.
