One of the most ornamental varieties of the bean family, of rapid growth and produc- ing dazzling scarlet flowers from July to Octo- ber. For training on verandas and over unsightly objects it will be found very useful, and the beans may be cooked in the same way as the Lima Bean. Hardy annual. Height, 20 to 40 feet. 5 cts. per pkt. SENSITIVE PLANT. A remarkable plant with finely divided foliage and flowers of pinkish white. The leaves close and droop when touched or shaken, as well as at the approach of night, 'a pecu- liarity which has given it the name of " Sensi- tive ; Tender annual. Height, 18 inches. 5 cts. per pkt. SILENE. (Catch Fly.) Of easy culture and adapted to almost all situations and soils.
