Friends on a hike through cottonwoods at Bosque Del Apache National Wildlife Refuge New Mexico - USA

I took my sister - Joy, and friend - Jo, to Bosque Del Apache National Park for hiking and bird/wildlife watching. Each Fall, Sandhill cranes, Snow Geese and Canada Geese as well as many other birds fly South to this bird refuge to spend the winter. This picture was taken on one of our hikes through the cottonwoods looking for photo ops.
