Capt. Esteban Vickers, Public Affairs Officer with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and native of Fruita, Colo., participates in The TRX Challenge sponsored by TRX and 24 Hour Fitness during the 2012 San Francisco Fleet Week at Marina Green, Oct. 06, 2012. His team of Marines would later seize First Place in the Challenge. From Oct. 3-8, Marines and Sailors of the 13th MEU, I Marine Expeditionary Brigade, will participate in numerous community outreach events including the Italian Heritage Day parade, urban search and rescue demonstrations, park restoration projects and hospital visits.
